Greater Albuquerque Habitat for Humanity (GAHH) builds affordable entry-level homes for first-time homebuyers. Applicants must be living or working in Bernalillo and/or South Sandoval County for the past 12 months. Every household member over the age of 18 must consent to a background and sex-offender check. All Applicants and Co-applicants must consent to a credit check.

Before filling out the inquiry list below, we ask that you review the Program Qualifications, Income Criteria and Applicant FAQ. If you meet the requirements, complete the inquiry form below to be notified when the application cycle opens.

Once the application cycle opens, you will be contacted by email. The email will ask if you are still interested in moving forward with the application process, and if so, visit our website and submit your name and current mailing address using the Application Request Form. Please allow 6-8 weeks to receive your application packet via USPS.
